Mission Overview

Analysis built for the decision, not the deliverable.

At every level of the National Security enterprise, leaders need analysis they can act on. Everest Capitol Group provides cleared all-source analytic capacity to Intelligence Community customers, defense components, and federal mission owners, combining tradecraft rooted in ICD 203 analytic standards with the rigor commanders, contracting officers, and policymakers expect.

Our analysts have produced finished intelligence in support of foreign threat assessments, counterintelligence operations, force protection, and strategic warning. We do not staff seats, we deliver products with sourcing transparency, alternative analysis, and direct relevance to the customer's decision cycle.

Analysis is only useful when it changes a decision. Everything we produce is built to that standard.
Five Disciplines

Coverage across the full collection spectrum.

ECG analysts operate fluently across signals, geospatial, open-source, human, and fused all-source production, with the tradecraft discipline to move data into decisions.

SIGINT

Signals Intelligence

Communications and electronic emissions analysis supporting collection planning, processing, and exploitation across the SIGINT enterprise. Analysts produce target packages, technical assessments, and tipping in support of downstream collection and warning.

GEOINT

Geospatial Intelligence

Imagery, geospatial information, and full-motion video exploitation for activity-based intelligence, target-area assessments, and pattern-of-life analysis. Production aligned to NGA tradecraft standards and integrated with all-source workflows.

OSINT

Open-Source Intelligence

Structured open-source collection from publicly available information, foreign media, social platforms, and grey literature, with chain-of-custody discipline that survives downstream classified production and supports cross-domain integration.

HUMINT

Human Intelligence Support

Reporting evaluation, source vetting support, triage, and threading of HUMINT into all-source production, with attention to compartmentation and the analytic standards required for sensitive reporting.

All-Source

All-Source Fusion

Synthesis across SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, HUMINT, and finished IC reporting to deliver decision-grade products: indications and warning, current intelligence, target packages, and strategic estimates.

CI / Force Protection

Counterintelligence and Force Protection

Threat-actor characterization, foreign intelligence entity assessment, and force protection analysis supporting defensive CI, insider threat, and supply chain risk management mission sets.

The ECG Approach

Tradecraft, tempo, and trust.

Four operating principles that distinguish how ECG produces intelligence on contract.

01

Tradecraft First

Every analyst trained on ICD 203 analytic standards, ICD 206 sourcing, and ICD 208 writing for maximum utility. Production includes confidence levels, source diversity assessments, and explicit statements of alternative hypotheses. We hold ourselves to IC-published standards before we hold ourselves to a delivery schedule.

02

Mission-Tailored Production

Production is scoped to the customer's decision cycle, not a calendar. We embed with the customer to understand the priority intelligence requirements, then design products and tempo that match how the answer will actually be used: briefings, target packages, warning notices, or strategic estimates.

03

Workforce-First Sustainment

Cleared analyst pipelines, retention discipline, and continuity planning so the analyst on the contract on day 365 is the analyst the customer trusts on day 30. We invest in journeyman-to-senior progression and certification pathways the IC actually values.

04

Continuous Calibration

Structured feedback loops with customers and CORs. We track which products informed which decisions, hunt for blind spots, and iterate. When tradecraft slips or assumptions go untested, we surface it before the customer does.

Mission Use Cases

Where this work shows up.

Representative scenarios that map to ECG analyst capacity across DoD and IC customers.

Activity-Based Intelligence

Target Deck Refinement

Multi-INT pattern-of-life analysis on priority targets, integrating GEOINT activity layers with SIGINT and HUMINT corroboration to inform collection prioritization and operational planning.

Strategic Warning

Foreign Capability Assessment

Sustained analytic line on emerging foreign military, technical, or doctrinal capabilities, with structured triggers for warning notices when indicators cross defined thresholds.

Counterintelligence

Foreign Intelligence Entity Threat

Characterization of foreign intelligence service tradecraft, targeting, and operational patterns in support of defensive CI, insider threat hunt, and program protection.

OSINT Attribution

Cyber Investigation Support

Open-source attribution and infrastructure analysis supporting cyber threat investigations, with chain-of-custody documentation that meets downstream evidentiary and classified production standards.

Frameworks and Standards

Aligned to the standards your COR will check.
